Does anyone have information about A.T. Hall, Jr. who was once the city editor of the Chicago Conservator? He lived in Nicodemus, Kansas from April 1877 to October 1880 when he moved to St. Louis.

I would love to include his photo in my master's thesis entitled African American Activists: The Pioneer Politicians of Nicodemus, Kansas, 1877-1880.
