I found no evidence of FPOC WHILDEN in Colleton County, SC. Although there was a head of household with the surname LINNEN in Colleton County in 1790 with one "other free person" in the household, there seems to be no other instance of a free person of color with the LINNEN surname in later Census records in Colleton County.

Have you searched for alternate spellings such as Lennon, Lenon, Linen, Linnon, etc.?
