Will you please do a look-up in the Baltimore FN Register for my great great grandmother, Francis Shipe, aka Francis Shipp. According to the census data I have on her, she may have been in Maryland in the year of 1803. She used Francis not Frances in her name. I have no clue as to who her parents were, but they could have been white or black or both. One of those situations. She died in Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania in 1887. I've requested courthouse checks in Allegheny and Washington, Pennsylvania counties without success. One day, I'll personally do this check again.

I know she was in Pennsylvania in 1840 because that's when my great grandmother, Margaret Hilton was born there. Thanks for the assistance.
