Yes, I found this several years ago at the Historical Society and I have a copy. This is the son of David Ruff Bedford CO. 1807 and Joseph is his father. I found him in PA in 1880 I believe married to a Mary with one child Sally. I can find no other info on him. He was in the war Company H, 34th Regiment, Wise's Brigade.
