I've hit a brick wall and I'm trying to overcome it from my computer. Who is the Massey you have listed? My Arthur Lee and his wife Anna Massie Lee may have come out of Westmoreland or Faquier counties. I speculate they are out of the Robert E. Lee line or one of his relatives. Perhaps.
