I just finished researching the Westmoreland County personal property tax list and noticed the following Gaskins family members:
Ralph and Arriner Gaskins were counted with children Florander Gaskins and Judy Gaskins, and Naney Malon, living on Wm Tebbs land in the 1801 Tax List of "free Negroes & Mulattoes" for the lower district.
Sarah Gaskins was living alone in the same list.
Thomas Gaskins was a FN in the 1813 list.

Ralph Gaskins was taxable in Frederick County in 1813.
David and (his wife?) Dinah Gaskins were listed in Richmond County in 1813.
Nancy Gaskins was in Peccadilla Street in Winchester in 1813.
