Where are these cemetary plots? In Portsmouth, VA?

Two of members of our group transcribed the tombstone inscriptions of 3 cemetaries in Portsmouth, Mt. Calvary, Mt. Olive and Potters field. They published the book its entitled Inscriptions in Triumph compiled and published by Mae Breckenridge-Haywood and Dinah Waters. There are 2 WATTS and 1 Watt interred in these cemetary:
