I located a description of what the Library of Virginia has on FPOC in Bedford County. I don't know if you live near a LDS center, but I do believe they have some of the registers on microfilm. Actually I just remembered that I have one roll on loan from LDS. I am at home sick, but am due to return to work on Wednesday. I'll check the reel of microfilm to see if Bedford County is on it.
