Does anyone know if there was a Freedman Marriage Record for St. Francesville (West Feliciana Parish)Louisiana? If so, I am looking for Danl(Daniel) Carr and his wife Celia Jones(her maiden name), who was the sister to my great-grandfather John Jones, of Memphis, TN. The Carrs marriage may have taken place sometime around 1865 to 1870.
