I skimmed through the chapter in Anita Wills' book that includes the Lewis family history, and could not find where William Berry Lewis was identified as Ambrose's son. What is your source for this connection?

Would you guess that Fanny Lewis (Ambrose's wife) was or wasn't William's mother? And finally, when and where did William Berry Lewis die? Did he die in the US or in Canada?
