The good news is that AMS Press is reprinting Russell's book in January 2002. It can be ordered through Amazon.

I was on the verge of buying a copy from an antiquarian dealer when I decided to do a price comparison at a couple of sites. Thanks to Amazon's information, I'm going to wait for the reprint.
