Cumberland County's FPOC were listed seperate from enslaved persons in the census, (Slave Schedules being in the 1850 and 1860 Census). Free People of Color were listed in the census as Free Persons in Cumberland County. Their marriage bonds were listed along with the rest of the free population, (non-enslaved). They have copies of the marriage bonds at the Main Library. I am in Cumberland County, and would be happy to help you.
