I'm trying to help a friend out researching her late grandmother's family.

The grandmother's name was Mary Livia Abraham (maiden name Lamell) she was born on the Cane River Plantation in Derry, Louisiana on 1/31/1915, and she passed away on 3/29/2000 in Colfax, Louisiana.
Her father was Larto Lamelle and her mother was Cenia Anthony Lamell, Cenia's maiden name was Anthony.

Mary Lamelle married Nathan Abraham. Nathan was born on 12/20/1908 in Colfax, Louisiana, Grant Parish and passed away on July 2, 1990.
His parents were Jim Abraham and Sally Kimble Abraham (Kimble is maiden name)

They got married Feb. 15, 1938. Mary had been married before, not sure who her first husband was but she had a daughter also called Cenia.
Mary had a brother Dewitt Lamell (19 Jul 1913-22 Feb 1993), he passed away in a nursing home in Pinesville, LA and possibly from looking at the SSDI another brother also called Larto Lamell(01 Oct 1910-Jul 1979), whose last residence was Alexandria, LA. My friend only knows of Dewitt Lamelle, and doesnt remember any family mention of a younger Larto Lamelle, but i figure since its the same name, it could be another brother.
