GGGGgrandfather listed in Carter G. Woodson book
I have information that my ggggrandfather, James Bowie, FMC in Avoyelles Parish (?) was an owner of three slaves. I can't find the book. Any information of where I can look for the book? I would love to find it. Anyone with additional information I would appreciate it greatly if you pass it on.
