Yay! We got a hit:-) Yes, I have Robert Toler in Pittsylvania County. This is on page 251 of the book, and is from the 1830 Federal Census. Robert Toler is listed on Census page 343, and heads a household comprised of the following: 5 Free Negros and 1 White Female age 30-40, and one White Female age 15-20; Of the 5 Free Negros, 2 were males aged 24-36, one was a female aged 24-36, and 2 were males less than 10 years old.
