Hi. I have been trying to find out about my ggreatgrandmother(Adaliade Green) which I have been told was Cherokee. I have been researching for several years and now I'm stuck. On the census she is listed as black. I am basically trying to find out who her parents were and so on. Not sure when she was born but she married William Wright on 18th Jan 1870. Her son(my ggrandfather was Dili Wright. He was born in 1891. I can use all the help I can get.
