Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, this is how I know that one line in particular were FPOC and many of those they married particulary up until the late 19th century.

Since I have branched out to research other lines on my maternal side, I have come across one that so far can be found as early as 1850 and another as early as 1830. I began to assume that these were perhaps good indicators that members of these lines were FPOC--if not always, at some point they became so.
