I am doing research on our African-American families of Madison Co., Mo. and a friend and I came upon this chapter on two tombstones in a cemetery that we were cleaning up. One was a female's and the other was a male, both passed away in the early 1900's. Can anyone give me an idea of what this chapter might be about? We have been looking for 3 yrs. with no luck so any help will be greatly appreciated!!
