Again, I am deeply thankful to you for the information you have given. This certainly explains why I wasn't able to locate the family in 1860--smile. Unfortunately one of the variations I used (when I had census image access--will be connected again soon--smile) did not include 'Morin'.
This really does fill in quite a few gaps for me. I am thankful to you more than I can express!!
