Re: Holt, a Pamunkey Indian family

Greetings,
Thanks for the information
.
Looking into my Virginia connections, I've notices that I have some Winns (as dna cousins) in Lunenburg & Mecklenburg,(along with Pettus/Holt & Hoyts/Kennon)
& I have a bunch of Wynnes from Virginia (spelled differently)
a few are in the military or have military titles.

& There are a few Sweats that migrated to SC. They are
listed on the same side as a West (Colonel John ) & Croshaw.
On the same side with those names there are the surnames
Exum, Hathcock, Holts (again), Ligon, Palmer, Pettus (again) & Poythress.

Some are not classified as Black, but
there also seems to be some type connection between Baron De la Warre (West), The Winns, Wynnes, Virginia, Henrico Va. & Bermuda and Slavery in my ancestry.

t.b.
