I have a Stephen in my file too. He is the son of Lawson Goens/Goings, who is the son of Joseph & Nancy Goings, he was born in 1807 in Loudoun Co. VA.

Stephen was born about 1850. I have no other info on him, he died in Jefferson Co. WV I think. I am seeking info on Joseph Goings, wife was Nancy, they were in Loudoun Co. VA...I think I found the marriage record and it was in MD, not VA, but was right near Loudoun.
