I haven't been able to locate any on-line Indiana death records, or indexes for Randolph County, Indiana the site of your grandmother's death. Here is copy of the indexed information found in the 1940 census for your grandparents, Nathaniel & Marie Price. According to this record your grandmother, Marie Price, was born ca 1897 in Indiana. So, she would have been approx. 60+ y/o at the time of her death.

What is your relationship to the 9 y/o Jimmie Price, who is found living in the Price household at the time of the 1940 census? Jimmie Price is indexed as the great-nephew of the Price's.
