(Paul Heinegg) Hi Anne & Paul,
I transcribed the whole register, it ends in November Court 1860. The last entry is for Elizabeth Moss.
Elizabeth Moss a free person of color dark Mulatto five feet three & a half inches high about twenty nine years old a mole on the the left side of the face & born free of female ancestors who were free previous to the 1st May 1806.
