A good book to read is Africans and Native Americans by Dr.Jack D.Forbes.

Dr.Forbes stated that many Native Americans pre and post Christopher Columbus were sent to Europe as Slaves. Many of them were later sold to the United States,the Caribbean Islands,and to other countries.

Idid a google search and I could not find any information about Taino and Black Caribbs being sent from Dominica to The United States;however,it is a strong possibility.
