I can only trace back to the 1600s for 3 families: the Chavis, Cole and Stewart (VA) families. I can trace back to the 1700s for the Lyles (VA) family and to the early 1800s for the Curry (NC) family. Hey, but as is everyone else for their families, I'm still working on it!!
