I usually call the courthouse (Wake County in this instance) and ask if they can make a copy if I send them a self-addressed, stamped envelope (Will Book 24, page 28). If not, then the Archives in Raleigh has a copy which will cost a bit more. You can also call them to get the exact procedure for ordering.
