I am a Creole descendant of Donat LaCoste located in Alabama. I have no ties with New Orleans, or do I? Just thought I would drop in and say hello. Sorry I have no information to support your search but I was just tickled to see the LaCoste name and thought I should reply. The name although un-common appears to run the coastline. I have cousins in Georgia but know very little about New Orleans although there may very well be connections.
