The Jacob Proctor you mentioned, 'tho, who was born in Frederick MD, 1834, (and who married one of Thomas Jefferson's offspring) cannot, ... of course,...be the very same Jacob Proctor that I mentioned who was in the 1790 Census (because that censis was before his birth).

But, nevertheless the information that you gave will be of great help in helping me to try to connect these Proctor lineages.

I am not at liberty to give it out on this site without her permission,...but I have spoken to her at length by phone, and will contact her again, and will ask her to e-mail her contact info in to FPOC,... because she has lots of info, and she is, like myself, a dedicated "Proctor researcher".
