Are people still interested in Burwell Jacobs? I have just gotten in on this conversation. I am descended from the Jacobs on Madison County, Alabama. My grandfather was Francis Jackson Jacobs. His mother was Rebecca Jacobs. How she fit exactly into the Jacobs family, I am not sure. Was Burwell her brother, uncle, or what?
