Searching for info on a mulatto man, Urias CUNNINGHAM in VA,King-George-Co who married about 1870 to Margaret Ann SEBASTIAN.
Apparently this marriage was considered illegal & she had to pay a $100 fine.
She was a divorced white woman who had previously been married to John Henry REDMAN.
