Hi,
My father's family is from Longtown, OH and I grew up spending a lot of time on my grandmother's farm there. I am new to searching family trees, but I would like to learn more and trace both my grandmother and grandfather's side. My grandmother was Gladys Clemens Hurd. My grandfather died in the 1967. His name was Theopolis Hurd. I would appreciate any info or advice on how to start.

BTW, I knew Hurd's from the area of Longtown as well as from Mercer & Miami Counties in Ohio. I'm originally from Piqua, Ohio in Miami County.
