Wow, I thought I was the only one that loved pimento cheese. I add a pinch of sugar to mines. I also like mines with cheddar cheese. My grocery store used to sell it (for a arm & a leg), but they no longer carry it. So, I make my own when I get the craving.

I love mines on just some wheat bread. I also eat it on crakers every now and then. When I go home (TN) I usually stop by Krogers and buy me some.
