I boil them forever until tender, with seasonings to taste, including spices, peppers, onion, etc., etc. I then take the thoroughly cooked chitlins and drop them into hot grease and fry until crisp. We never ate them just boiled, so fried is the only way I can eat them. toot Messages In This Thread
