I absolutely love sweet potatoes, candied, baked, french fried but best is in a pie. ;)

Sweet potatoe pie is #1, someone can have thepumpkin pies. the next will be a pecean pie or buttermilk pie.

Of course cornbread dressing from scratch with the giblets.

This is Thanksgiving for me.
