Ingredients:
12 eggs seperated

2 cups homogenised milk
dash nutmeg
1 t vanilla
Brandy or Rum to taste (I use 3/4 of a 5th)

seperate eggs into two bowls, the yokes into a large punch bowl or crock bowl. Beat yokes add about 1/2 cup sugar at a time until all sugar is well mixed with yokes. Add vanilla and can milk slowly, mix well then add homo milk, set aside. Beat egg whites on high until they form peaks. Pour over milk mixture, sprinkle abour 1 t nutmeg over the egg whites. Pour liquor over the egg whites trying to blanch all whites (this cooks the egg whites- makes them firm). After about a minute fold or stir everything lightly.
