In Response To: dressing vs stuffing (bj)

I grew up in rural Arkansas and (1) we never had "stuffing," (2) our "bird" was always a homegrown chicken*, and (3) cornbread dressing was the only way to go!

Nowadays we have gone from chicken, to turkey, to turkey parts. Still, cornbread dressing.

*One exception was the year Mother purchased a goose.
