dressing vs stuffing

(vkn) Depending on what part of the country you come from there is a difference. i am from the south (Texas). Stuffing is considered to be anything that you stuff inside of the bird's cavatity. Dressing is baked separatly from the bird or placed around the bird in the pan.
My favorite is old fashion cornbread dressing with some of the giblets added into the mix. I do not want any other bread to be used. Donot put too much sage in it to turn it green as my aunt did one year.
