1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
4 cups chopped radicchio
4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
1 cup diced red onions
1/2 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup Almond Accents Oven Roasted No Salt Toasted Sliced Almonds
In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add radicchio, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, chives and cheese. Toss gently until evenly coated with dressing. Divide salad among 4 plates. Sprinkle with Almond Accents.
