Wonderful entree - what's its name?!
Years ago, I had a West African dish at a restaurant called "The Big Cheese" in Georgetown, DC. I have been looking for its name & the recipe since!
There were several different vegetables, most in a light batter, piled on a plate with chicken chunks, cheese, (both also in a light batter), and peanuts. As I remember, there was a sauce to go with it. I liked to die and go to heaven, it was so good!
Does anyone know of its name, or a recipe? I would be eternally grateful! Thank you so very much!
