I usually get my speckled butter beans when I visit my huband's grandparents in NC. We go to this store called "Acre Station Meat Farm located in Pinetown, NC." They sell fresh meats and a host of frozen vegetables and other things. I just checked online to see if they had a website and they do. And guess what, you can also order items online. I have included the link below. If you like okra, their frozen okra is good too.
