Hello All,

Speckeled butter beans is one of my favorite beans. I grew up on them and still love them today in 2007. It used to be one of the items in our garden. I am not able to get them fresh but do purchase them freshly frozen when I go to NC. I can fill up on them with a couple of pieces of hot water cornbread.
