Hello All
I remember scrapple. Every once in a while my dad would fry it up for us. In NYC the name of the company that used to sell it was called Parks. They also made sausages. I have not had scrapple in years. Sorry but I don't have an overwhelming desire to taste it again, LOL. It wasn't bad, I just preferred sausage or bacon.
