For ANY family gathering I have to make Chicken Spaghetti.
Well, this past Holiday Season I decided I was not cooking because I had recently had surgeries in October and November (total knee replacement). That excuse did not work with my mom, I end up making the dish for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

The first time I every tasted Pineapple Upside Down Cake was when I was in the hospital in November, and it was good. Would you please
share your recipe for Pineapple Upside Cake. My mom have baked many cakes but never baked this one.

I have been eating healthier the past four months and have lost over 20 lbs. Although I am not a big sweet eater, every now and again
I do want something sweet. So I may make a pie or cake, eat a piece or two and take the rest to my mothers' for my nephew or brothers to eat when they come by.
