I don't have a particular recipie, but my husband's grandmother makes them. I think it has the same ingredients as sweet potatoe pie, except you use what is called "white potatoes." It's not the regular white potatoes. They look similar to sweet potatoes, except they are very light in color. I will have to ask her the next time I talk to her. The pie doesn't have the same thickness as a sweet potatoe pie.
