Hi Debra, Not much of anything. Sorry. I don't pay much attention to my MTDNA. My haplogroup is H3h and I have a huge amount of matches. What I do look at is my Ancestral Origins on FTDNA to see in what country of origin I have the most matches. I didn't test with NatGeo. I think you will find more information by using Gedmatch apps if you do autosomal testing. With the African MTDNA haplogroups and their subclades, I usually just Google them to see what I can find.
