Acctally since you tested with 23andMe I think your best bet is to download your raw data from them and upload it to Gedmatch.com so you can use the free applications there. I don't know how much information you will get from the money you will spend at AfricanAncestry. At least try Gedmatch first and if you are not happy, then go to AfricanAncestry. BTW...there is an L3e group on Facebook. Someone there may have some answers for you.
