Yes I did read Cerny's study and yes I am an American an I have around 3 other exact matches throughout the United states . I was aasigned Haplogroup L3f around 8 years ago by The National Geneographic project conducted by Spencer Wells. Throughout the years new sub groups have emerged. Haplogroup L3f2 has been defined by the highly recurrent control region variant 16311 and insertion 745T. Yes this haplogroup is very old. I hope they do more research. It is very exciting indeed
