Re: DNA Match
In Response To: Re: DNA Match ()
Does DNA tribe specify which particular lineages their findings apply to? Someone posted their results from DNA tribe, and it was a whole list of ethnicities. Does DNA tribe give you a list of ethnicities that's been detected in your DNA? If so, do they specify which lineage?
Just giving me a list is good, but I like specificity. Although African Ancestry only test two lines, they are specific. That "MERE" analysis is still powerful in my book. Three lines of my maternal family have been tested. Now I know the specifics of those three lines (one is Fulani, one is Mbundu, and the other is Akan.) My father will be taking the test soon. That will be a fourth. As soon as I am able to save up some dough, I got a whole list of other family members who I will ask to submit samples. When it is all said and done, I will know the specifics for numerous lines. Just giving me a list without being specific will not satisfy me, personally.
Just my thoughts,
