I've done this type of DNA testing called autosmal(spelling maybe off)through GeneTree.com. My results were 64% Sub Sahara African, 24% Indo European, 7% Native American, 2% East Asian. I did this due to the fact that my grandmother would not respond to my family racial makeup, but there were clues as well leading to the Native American linkage. For instance, my grandmother's nickname is Tut(I've heard that she has been called Tutta). Well, while looking over my personal collection of Native American in the southeast books , I came across a book that had a my grandmother's nickname. There was once a town in Georgia called Tuttaloossee(spelling is off)that was destroyed by white settlers in the early 1800's. This was a Hitichiti(spelling)town meaning "Fowl Town" or "Bird Town. My grandmother was premature when she was born and for some African American people we call little children who are small "bird". Maybe my grandmother's brother's name may have meant "Asi" meaning white or black drink". Since she doesn't even know what the A.C. means.
