Was your nephew's test the Y-chromosome test? The Y-chromosome test is all or none. There is no mixture reflected, nor do you have any way of knowing in what generation that particular Y-chromosome came into your family. It could have been hundreds of years ago, because it passes from one generation to the next pretty much unchanged.

The Bio-Geographic test is another type of test which will give percentages of 4 major population groups in your ancestry, but will not provide you with any geographic location.
